I am a graphite artist that enjoys drawing  pet portraits.  I have, and will, draw any subject but drawing animals is my favorite. 

I love animals and have a deep passion for the abused and neglected ones.  I currently work with an Italian Greyhound rescue group as a foster home here in Indiana and I have seen so many of these beautiful creatures come into rescue that have been beaten, mistreated, neglected and sometimes left for dead.  I have fostered many with terminal illness and injuries caused by the abuse and neglect that they have suffered and a piece of my heart goes with every one of those dogs when they pass over the Rainbow Bridge.  You can view some of the dogs that we currently have up for adoption by going to www.indianaigrescue.org.

This website is to first, pay tribute to all of the homeless pets waiting for a forever home and second, bring joy and a smile to someone’s face when they see their pet commemorated in a drawing that will last a lifetime.

I create each original piece of artwork from a photograph of your pet.  Once the portrait is sketched onto paper, it is tediously rendered until I arrive at the final product.  The end product captures the “essence” of the animal.
